Penza, 29 December 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza region government has approved the legal foundation for the process of reimbursement of burial, monument creation and installation for the former governors from the regional budget in the recent decree.

According to the document available to PenzaNews agency, the Penza region Ministry of Construction and Communal Affairs will be responsible for the measures to allocate the budget funds.

The legal process was developed following Part 9, Article 6 of the regional law “On Penza Region Governor,” dated 10 April 2006, and the amendments.

The compensation will be provided to the party that will be following through with the burial process, which, in turn, will order the services, choose the organization to conduct the burial, and sign the service agreement.

The regional budget will compensate up to 200,000 rubles of expenses for burial, creation and installation of the monument, based on the actual expenses as proved by the documents.

The compensation will be available for up to 20 business days after the relevant resolution.
