Penza, 12 January 2016. PenzaNews. Grigory Kabelsky has become the Minister of Physical Education and Sports in the Penza region on Tuesday, January 12.

He was appointed following the decree signed by the governor Ivan Belozertsev, the press service of the regional sports committee told PenzaNews agency.

Until recently, Grigory Kabelsky worked as the chairman of the Penza region physical education and sports committee.

In December 2015, the officials decided to rename the committee into the Ministry as part of the changes to the regional executive power structure, which currently has not been completed.
