Penza, 19 January 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza city head Victor Kuvaytsev has introduced the new vice-mayor on economy and business development issues Andrei Shevchenko during the weekly city hall session on Tuesday, January 19.

Andrei Shevchenko is well-known to the Penza city administration staff for his work in the City Duma, he pointed out.

Also, Victor Kuvaytsev presented Nailya Alyusheva as the new head of Municipal Property Department in the Penza city. Before, she worked as a deputy head of management office in the City Duma.

Moreover, the mayor announced, Vyacheslav Golokhvastov was appointed the acting director of “Penzadormost.”

Discussing the new appointments, Victor Kuvaytsev stressed that all the aforementioned persons have great experience and good knowledge of the issues and objectives at hand in the municipality.
