Penza, 26 January 2016. PenzaNews. Victor Rubtsov, ex-head of the government and gubernatorial staff, former vice-governor of the Penza region, has been appointed the deputy head of the Zheleznodorozhny city area.

Victor Rubtsov already was introduced to his staff and began his first day in the new office on Tuesday, January 26, the receiving office of the area administration head informed PenzaNews agency.

He replaced Oleg Denisov who had just been appointed the new head of the Zheleznodorozhny city area.
