A total of three candidates – Yana Kuprina, Legislative Assembly, deputy, member of the APF regional headquarters, Presidential trustee; Irina Voronina, Penza city Duma deputy; and Vladimir Andreev, director of the regional specialized children and youth sports school of the Olympic reserve of gymnastics – have registered with the regional primaries committee to take part in the contest to be promoted as United Russia candidates for the elections to the State Duma of the seventh convocation.

“The primaries committee received three applications over five days. All of them have been approved today,” Yana Kuprina told PenzaNews agency at the end of the committee session on Saturday, February 20.

The candidates for the primaries can submit their applications until April 10, she added.

“Therefore, I expect there will be many more candidates,” Yana Kuprina noted.
