Penza, 1 March 2016. PenzaNews. Oleg Dolzhenko, head of the Penza region Department of Information Policy and Mass Media, has hired two new assistants.

These are Olesya Vishnyakova, who worked for STRBC “Penza” as reporter since 2008, and as TV and radio producer since 2012; and Sergei Fedotov, former divisional manager of the corruption prevention office in the Penza city adminitration, the press service of the department informed PenzaNews.

“Sergei Fedotov already worked in the regional Mass Media Department in 2009-2011. He will be combining his work as assistant head of the department with that of a head of the data analysis, human resources and accounting office,” the press service said.
