According to available data, the head of the region amassed a media index of 179.61 points.
The leader of the rating is the mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin: the media spotlight was focused on his orders to engage all city services to clean city streets and roads after the abandoned snowfall, along with his inspection of the new cable gallery of “Pervomayskaya” electric power substation, which, according to him, would improve reliability of power supply and help save energy.
Also, the list of the most-mentioned heads of regions features Rustam Minnikhanov (Tatarstan), Sergei Aksenov (Crimea), Andrei Vorobyev (the Moscow region) and Egor Borisov (Sakha).
The rating uses the Medialogia media database of over 30,000 influential sources, such as TV and radio stations, newspapers, magazines, news agencies and websites.
The current rating has been calculated on 29 February 2016.
