Vyacheslav Volodin learns more about real economy sitation in Penza region
Penza, 14 April 2016. PenzaNews. Socioeconomic development of the Penza region was in the focus on the meeting between the first deputy head of the Russian Presidential administration Vyacheslav Volodin and the regional governor Ivan Belozertsev held in Moscow on Thursday, April 14.

In particular, the head of the region reported about the dynamics of various areas of economy and the results of Q1 2016.
According to Ivan Belozertsev, the Penza region managed to preserve all social programs, including those financed from regional and municipal budgets, in spite of the apparent problems and a very tight budget.
As the governor stressed, the social payouts to people experiencing financial issues and the socially vulnerable categories of citizens are funded through additional incomes.
Also, according to him, the region will continue making payments to families for the birth of a third or subsequent child in the current year.
Describing the solutions for the problems outlined by Russian President Vladimir Putin, Ivan Belozertsev informed Vyacheslav Voloding that the work on the May Presidential decree “On measures for implementation of demographic policy in the Russian Federation” brings its fruit: in particular, the Penza region shows a positive trend in average life expectancy, which is currently above the Russian nation-wide level, says the press service of the regional government.
