Penza, 22 May 2016. PenzaNews. 221 polling stations for the United Russia party primaries before the State Duma election opened their doors in the Penza region at 8.00 of Sunday, May 22.

They will remain open until 20.00, says the website of the regional party branch.

During the rating-based vote, any Penza region citizen can choose one or several of the 28 primaries candidates.
