Penza, 16 June 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza city administration head Victor Kuvaytsev is taking part in the Ufa 9th forum of best municipal practices, which opened on Thursday, June 16, the press service of the city hall informed PenzaNews.

This year’s three-day event is the first one to become international.

Its schedule features a number of sections, dedicated to such topics as modernization of the communal affairs system, cooperation of local municipalities with non-commercial organizations, creation of effective officials-citizens communication means, and intramunicipal communication.

In addition, it will feature workshops “Details of Forming Communication Strategy in Municipalities,” “Communal System – New Quality,” “Legal Norms Creation Technologies and Legal Examinations. Details of Legal Management of Commercial Concessions.”

The first forum of best municipal practices was held in 2013 in Penza, where it brought together representatives from 55 municipalities.

The second forum was held in 2014 in Grozny, and brought together 120 participants – from villages and towns along with larger municipalities.

The third forum – in Perm – brought together over 400 participants.
