The chairman of the State Duma committee on information policy, information technologies and communications, APF headquarters expert, Leonid Levin, who represents “ A Just Russia” party in the 147 Lermontov single-mandate district in the election, was the first to get a candidate’s ID.

“There were four people registered. He was the first to get an ID. The other three [the coordinator of the Penza regional department of LDPR Alexander] Vasyliev,  [his deputy Pavel] Kulikov, and [a member of “A Just Russia” Lyudmila] Kolomytseva – have not come yet and received nothing. Their IDs are lying on my desk,” Nikolai Taktarov said.

The chairman of the Penza regional election commission drew attention to the fact that IDs of candidates to deputies of the State Duma are not numbered.

“So had Vasyliev, Kulikov or Kolomytseva come, they would have been the first to get IDs,” he said, remarking that all the four politicians are now officially registered candidates.
