Leonid Levin came a few minutes after the head of the region left the polling station. At the entrance he stopped like Belozertsev to talk with reporters. He noted that the election is a holiday, and the atmosphere created in the polling station, confirms this.
In the room, he turned to the first member of CEC to inform about the absentee ballot. After that, the State Duma deputy was redirected to the chairman of the commission.
While the necessary documents were filled out, Leonid Levin asked the head of CEC about the turnout. In response, he was told that the turnout was high enough for morning time; some people came even before the station opened.
Then Leonid Levin was issued a ballot.
“For the development of the country, region, district, city. [...] For our common success!” Leonid Levin said, before lowering the ballot in the ballot box.
