Penza, 3 October 2016. PenzaNews. Andrey Kulintsev was appointed first deputy chairman of the government of the Penza region on Monday, October 3.

During the working meeting in the regional government he was introduced by Governor Ivan Belozertsev.

“He [Andrey Kulintsev] will supervise and manage the questions related to the implementation of regional programs, the achievement of performance indicators, as well as to interact with the federal ministries and departments — this concerns the areas of industry, business, agriculture,” the head of the region said.

Also Andrey Kulintsev will be the first deputy head of the regional project office, the press service of the regional government informs.
