Penza, 14 October 2016. PenzaNews. Member of the political council presidium of the regional “United Russia” party branch Evgeny Sirotsky was appointed acting head of the Penza department of information policy and media. This was announced by the governor Ivan Belozertsev.

“Evgeny Sirotsky was appointed acting head of the department of information policy and media of the Penza region,” he wrote in his Twitter account.

Previously, the department was headed by Oleg Dolzhenko, who left the post on September 28.
