Penza, 14 October 2016. PenzaNews. Penza is on top of the investment rating of city and municipal areas of the region for the third quarter of 2016.

During its preparation, specialists of the Ministry of Economy analyzed the region performance by three key areas – “Investment activity,” “Efficiency of work on investment climate improvement,” as well as “Efficiency of work on small businesses support.”

The top five also includes Shemysheysky, Bessonovsky, Gorodischensky and Nikolsky areas.

The bottom three are Issinsky, Vadinsky and Spassky areas.

“The rating is a single score of what was done for the quarter, how things changed in municipalities in comparison with the previous period. The rating gives the heads of administrations a good stimulus for development of competition in the field of business climate improvement,” the minister of Economy of the Penza region Sergei Kapralov commented.
