Penza, 19 October 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza city mayor Victor Kuvaytsev again took the first place in the Volga Federal District mayors’ media rating compiled by Medialogia.

At the end of September 2016, Victor Kuvaytsev’s media index amounted to 1,925.94 points, which is higher than that of his colleagues from Saratov and Ufa, entering the top three of the rating Valery Saraev and Irek Yalalov have media index of 1,872.21 and 879.13 respectively.

Among the events at which the media mentioned the mayor of Penza, analysts called the order to organize bicycle parking on Antonova street, Victor Kuvaytsev’s inspection of heat networks’ repairs and monitoring reconstruction of the former Engineering College building.

As PenzaNews reported earlier, the head of the Penza administration has already been at the top of the rating – he took the first place in May, July and August.
