Penza governor drops to 47th place in influence rating of regional heads of Russian Federation

Penza, 7 November 2016. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev dropped from the 44th to the 47th place in the influence rating of the heads of the Russian Federation constituent entities, composed by the Political and Economic Communications Agency (APEK) for October 2016.

The average score of the head of the region amounted to 4.62.
Thus, Ivan Belozertsev entered the group of regional heads with strong influence, which includes governors ranked 21st to 50th.
The heads of RF constituent entities with very strong influence occupy the 1st to 20th places. The leader is the mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin, who scored 7.18 points. The top three most influential regional heads are also the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov (7.05 points) and the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov.
The third group – with average influence – includes the heads of the regions with 51st to 85th places in the rating. The outsiders are the head of Karelia Alexander Khudilaynen (3.10 points), the governor of the Jewish autonomous region Alexander Levintal (3.07 points), the chairman of the government of the Republic of Tyva Sholban Kara-ool (3.05 points).
