Penza, 18 November 2016. PenzaNews. The Penza mayor Victor Kuvaytsev keeps the leading position in the media rating of the regional administration heads in the Volga Federal District prepared by the “Medialogia” company.

According to the provided data, the Victor Kuvaytsev’s media rate as of October 2, amounted to 2810.25 points.

He is followed by the Saratov head of administration Valery Saraev and the Ufa head of administration Irek Yalalov. They have media index of 2290.82 and 1761.64 respectively. The first three positions remained unchangeable during the last month.

According to the explanatory note, mass media were dissatisfied with the results of the renovation works conducted after major repairs of the heating system  in Furmanova Street. At that time, Victor Kuvaytsev did not like the work approach of the “T Plus Teploset Penza” company.

Besides, mass media often wrote about the process of the modular boiler construction which was kept under the mayor’s supervision.
