Penza, 1 December 2016. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev commented on the main points of the President Vladimir Putin’s annual  message to the Federal Assembly.

“In the message to the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin emphasized that current issues have to be decided in difficult, extraordinary conditions. Nevertheless, Russian people proved once again that they can answer to challenges of the time. Our president asked the Russian society to consolidate in order to solve important for the country tasks, which we have a lot of, at present,” the head of the region noted.

He added that activities of authorities must be planned in accordance with public interests, based on the ability to hear people, to stand for social justice and to carry out the duties that were undertaken.

According to Ivan Belozertsev, each of the points of the message, which refers to the work of regional and municipal authorities, will form the basis for the 2017 activities plan, the press service of the Penza region informs.
