Penza, 14 December 2016. PenzaNews. The bill that provides for the prolongation of the 10% salary cut of the governor and the chairman of the regional Legislative Assembly for the period from January 1 to December 31, 2017, was submitted to the regional parliament.

It is planned that the final decision on this issue will be taken at the 40th regular session of the regional Legislative Assembly on Friday, December 16.

As it was reported by the press service of the regional parliament, the issues were not solved at the meetings of the state construction and local self-government committees, as well as at the meetings of the committees of fiscal, tax, and financial policy, and were left at the agenda.

A year ago, the decision to prolong 10% salary cut of the governor Ivan Belozertsev and the chairman of the Legislative Assembly Valery Lidin was already taken.
