The heading menu remained the same. A user can choose among 10 sections: Announcements, News, Head of the City, Deputies, Commissions, Duma, Documents, Mass Media, Penza, and History.

At the same time, information in some of them remains incomplete. In particular, it is impossible to get to know decisions of the Penza City Duma – the corresponding section is blank.

However, the old version of the website is still available.

According to the information provided in the bottom of the main page, the updated website of the Penza City Duma was created by the studio “Sem pap!”, which is located at the address: 16 Karla Marksa street.

Earlier, this company developed the website of the regional information agency, which as it was expected will substitute websites of area newspapers of the Penza region.
