Governor demands to punish City Duma deputies for incorrect information about income
Penza, 24 January 2017. PenzaNews. The governor Ivan Belozertsev demanded to punish the deputies of the Penza City Duma who submitted incomplete and inaccurate information about income for the year 2015.

"The report of the prosecutor's office contains fair comments. [...] Deputies, state and municipal servants should be more careful while submitting information. The head of the city Valery Petrovich Savelyev should pay attention to the work of the City Duma staff [...] and take disciplinary measures against the people who perform their duties in a careless way," the head of the region said at the operative meeting in the regional government on Tuesday, January 24.
Ivan Belozertsev emphasized that the deputies who work on a permanent basis should be reprimanded.
"It was very important for us to understand if it was deliberate concealment or just negligence and an error. All deputies in the list received the appraisal they deserve – the negative one – from the City Duma commission and from me as the governor," he said.
