Penza, 15 February 2017. PenzaNews. The Penza mayor Victor Kuvaytsev again occupies the leading position in the media rating of the regional administration heads in the Volga Federal District prepared by the “Medialogia” company.

In January 2017 the Victor Kuvaytsev’s media rate amounted to 11,052 points, which is higher that the rating of his colleagues from Nizhny Novgorod and Ufa. Sergei Belov and Irek Yalalov, who are in the top three, have the media rate of 3252.9 and 3919 points respectively.

The Penza mayor Victor Kuvaytsev was often mentioned by the mass media in relation to mobilization of all city services, which had to work 24 hours a day to eliminate the consequences of the incident at thermal power plant No. 1, and in relation to his order not to stop snow removal and cleaning territories on weekends
