Penza region named region with maximum stability again

Penza, 7 March 2017. PenzaNews. The Penza region maintained its position in the rating of social and political stability prepared by the foundation "Peterburgskaya politika" as of February 2017.

According to presented information, in February, as well as in January, the rating of the region equalled to 8.1 points.
Among positive events that happened in the region in February, experts mentioned putting into operation a factory of technological manufactured products, which became a part of a project of the group of companies "Damate" producing turkey meat; signing a decree on creation of the industrial park "Soyuz" dated January 30; opening two new ambulance stations in Penza and first in the Volga district orthodox social rehabilitation centre "Serafim".
Moreover, another factor that had a positive effect on the rating was extension of the term of paying monthly allowances to families with three or more children approved by the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region.
The event that had a negative effect on the rating was opening of a criminal case against the Penza vice mayor Vladimir Popkov, who was suspected of forgery.
The rating of the foundation "Peterburgskaya politika" has been published monthly since autumn 2012. It evaluates the level of social and political stability in all regions of Russia on the scale from 1 to 10.
The rating divides Russian regions into categories depending on the level of their political stability and shows their dynamics of the latest month.
