Penza, 27 March 2017. PenzaNews. The Penza mayor Victor Kuvaytsev keeps the leading position in the media rating of the regional administration heads in the Volga Federal District prepared by the “Medialogia” company in February 2017.

The Victor Kuvaytsev’s media rate amounted to 5,592 points, which is much higher that the rating of his colleagues.

The heads of Nizhny Novgorod and Ufa administrations – Sergei Belov and Irek Yalalov – who occupy the second and third places, have the media rate of 3507.1 and 3331.2 points respectively.

According to the rating explanatory note, mass media often reported about Victor Kuvaytsev's participation in the meeting of the Union of Russian Cities, where he initiated turning to the Russian government in order to seek assistance in resettlement of people living in old houses.

In addition, the mayor controlled the state of the underground crossing that connects the railway station Penza-I and the bus station, which had some imperfections after the reconstruction conducted in 2016.
