Penza, 25 April 2017. PenzaNews. The Penza mayor Victor Kuvaytsev maintained the leading position in the media rating of the regional administration heads in the Volga Federal District prepared by the “Medialogia” company for the year 2017.

The Victor Kuvaytsev’s media rate amounted to over 8,000 points, which is much higher than that of his colleagues from other regions of the Volga Federal District.

The second position is occupied by the head of the Ufa administration Irek Yalalov whose media rate is slightly more than 5,500 points. The third position is occupied by Sergei Belov from Nizhny Novgorod with over 3,700 points.

According to the rating explanatory note, Victor Kuvaytsev managed to achieve such high results thanks to his speech at the meeting of the Penza City Duma when the mayor made a detailed report for the year 2016.

In addition, a large number of publications was devoted to his order to repair the road to the village Pobeda.
