Penza, 27 May 2017. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev will report on conducted work to citizens of the region for the first time.

"On 30.05 [Tuesday, May 30] I am going to give a report to the residents of the region. It will be public and open," the head of the region wrote in his microblog on Twitter on Saturday, May 27.

Ivan Belozertsev explained that he was going to tell people what had already been done for the region, to inform the citizens on execution of orders and tasks that the leaders of the Penza region faced.

As the press service of the region told PenzaNews, it is planned that the governor's speech will be given in the regional philharmonic hall and the admission will be available to everyone.

On May 2, 2017, during an operative meeting in the Penza region government, the governor Ivan Belozertsev ordered that the officials must be accountable for their work on a regular basis.

He also expressed his willingness to inform the residents about achieved results personally and to explain why the government failed to execute some orders received during the gubernatorial election campaign in 2015.
