Penza, 27 June 2017. PenzaNews. The representative of the Penza regional government under the government of the Russian Federation did not search for a cook and the corresponding vacancy was posted on the website hh.ru on behalf of the state-financed institution by mistake. This was stated in a message posted on the portal Career.ru, which duplicates information about work for young professionals.

The unusual vacancy for the state institution drew attention of Oleg Sharipkov, executive director of the community foundation “Civil Union”, on Tuesday morning, June 27.

He posted a screenshot of the vacancy that had the description "Cook for the family", which had been supposedly added by the state-financed institution "Representative of the Penza regional government", and promised applicants the salary of 4,000 euro for work at Vorobyovy Gory.

Among the employer's requirements were previous experience of work at restaurants, availability of an international passport and the Schengen visa, as well as knowledge of the English language.

Soon, the vacancy was deleted from the institution's website.

The press service of the company HeadHunter failed to give PenzaNews a prompt comment regarding the way the information about the search for a cook appeared on the website of the representative of the Penza regional government. It was also not specified whether the information had been posted by a worker of the institution, who had access to the website.

Several hours later, the state-financed institution posted a message about a mistake on its website.

"The vacancy for a cook was posted on the website hh.ru by mistake. As a result of the mistake detection, the message about the vacancy was deleted. The staff list of the state-financed institution ‘Representative of the Penza regional government under the government of the Russian Federation’ has no such position as 'a cook'," the text states.
