Penza, 3 July 2017. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev ordered ministers to submit plans on upgrading professional skills of people who work in their departments until July 15.

"The legislation, requirements and approaches are changing, and we should change as well," he said at the operational meeting in the regional government on Monday, July 3.

The head of the region paid special attention to the sphere of physical education and sport.

In particular, Ivan Belozertsev ordered the head of the regional Ministry of Sport Grigory Kabelsky to analyse work of the federations.

According to him, heads of organizations that do not show good results should be dismissed.

"We should employ those who deserve occupying such positions and those who want it," the governor stressed.
