Penza, 10 July 2017. PenzaNews. The mayor of Penza Victor Kuvaytsev headed the media rating of the regional administrations heads in the Volga Federal District prepared by the “Medialogia” company for June 2017.

According to the available data, his media rate equals to 8,658.8 points.

As stated in the rating explanatory note, the results were influenced by, for instance, Victor Kuvaytsev’s order to develop a municipal program for resettlement of dilapidated and emergency housing in Penza, which will be implemented with the support of the regional authorities.

In addition, among the events involving the head of the city administration, which were mentioned in the media, analysts marked out the inspection of repair works near the Rostok monument.

The top three of the rating include the administrations heads of Ufa and Nizhny Novgorod Irek Yalalov and Sergei Belov are in the top three of the rating, too. Their media rates are 5,737 and 4,655.5 points respectively.
