Firstly, all future observers are invited to undergo training in a school of observers, which will start to work in the near future.

"We will visually show how it is possible to falsify the elections. There are videos that prove that less than 1 minute is required to throw a ballot paper in a box. It means that a mere distraction – a necessity to go to toilet or to smoke – may lead to the situation when there is no need to observe any longer. This is what we should speak about in the first place. Our task is not only to direct 3-4 observers and commission members to each voting station, but to send competent, well-educated observers," the presidium member of the Central Committee of CPRF, the first secretary of the regional faction's office, the deputy of the regional Legislative Assembly Georgy Kamnev told PenzaNews.

As the Penza communists' headquarters said, the observers' work will be paid.

"Each observer or member of a local voting station with the right of deliberative voice is guaranteed to get 1,000 rubles. In case of registration of a violation, CPFR will pay 20,000 rubles additionally. If you possess reliable information about planned violations – throwing falsified ballots, carousels, voting for people who fail to come to stations, etc. – CPRF will pay you 10,000 rubles," the regional office of the faction explained.
