"Molkom" launches line of Greek yoghurts

Penza, 17 August 2017. PenzaNews. The JSC "Dairy plant Penzensky", which is a member of Damate Group, expanded the range of products by launching a line of Greek yoghurts.

It is represented by three fresh tastes – natural, gooseberry and lemon ones.
As the press service of Damate Group told PenzaNews, the expansion of the assortment was a result of extensive production modernization carried out in the enterprise.
"Greek yoghurt is one of the most popular dairy products in the world. Its special feature is that in order to produce 1 litre of the product, 3 litres of milk are required. Thanks to the technology of ultrafiltration, all proteins including those contained in whey are preserved. That is why the product is thick, tasty and healthy," the company explained.
The press service drew special attention to the fact that natural Greek yoghurt produced by "Molkom" is a low-calorie product that contains only 83 kcal per 100 grams.
"It is made of fresh milk, contains no GMO and vegetable fats. The product can be used as a dressing for salads, fish and meat dishes," the Damate Group noted.
The company added that the line's design was made in the same fitness-style as drinking low-fat and zero-fat yoghurts "Molkom".
