Penza, 17 August 2017. PenzaNews. The Penza mayor Victor Kuvaytsev occupies the leading position in the media rating of the regional administration heads in the Volga Federal District prepared by the “Medialogia” company in July 2017.

According to provided data, his media rate amounted to 7,097.2 points.

According to the rating explanatory note, such a high result was achieved in particular due to the mayor's report to the public about results of his activities during the year as well as due to outlining prospects of city development.

In addition, analysts noted that among the events that featured participation of the Penza administration head and that were broadly covered by the mass media were also repairs conducted in Pushkina street.

The top three of the media rating also includes the heads of Ufa and Nizhny Novgorod administrations – Irek Yalalov and Sergei Belov. Their media rates equal to 4,189.2 and 3,909.1 points correspondently.
