The head of the region noted that when the President of the Russian Federation had visited the forum "Tavrida" in Crimea, he had been asked what way he usually dressed himself.
"He said: I prefer a working style," Ivan Belozertsev said adding that this was the way also he and the head of the Penza region government Nikolay Simonov dressed themselves.
The governor also drew attention to the appearance of the head of the regional Ministry of Forestry Alexander Moskvin, who was sitting at a table in a shirt with short sleeves.
"Please, introduce a dress code, otherwise people will soon attend meetings in T-shirts," Ivan Belozertsev said turning to the first deputy chairman of the government – the gubernatorial and regional government staff chief Larisa Ryabikhina.
