Valery Rashkin visits Penza region
Penza, 7 September 2017. PenzaNews. The first deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on Nationalities, member of the Presidium of the CPRF Central Committee Valery Rashkin visited the Serdobsky area of the Penza region, where the election committee had refused to register a list of candidates from the Communist Party.
As it was reported by the press service of the CPRF regional committee, on Wednesday, September 6, he took part in a rally in Serdobsk and then, held a reception of citizens.
Valery Rashkin promised to submit deputy requests regarding a number of issues.
In addition, the deputy visited the Bekovsky area, where he had spent his childhood.
"Only 42 people are left in the village that used to be very big. It is a fault of our government. It has been constantly repeated that our agriculture is developing but today I saw with my own eyes how 'true' it is. In another settlement the only people who is left is a family of four people," the State Duma deputy stated with a pity.
He also visited graves of his father and brother, talked to fellow villagers and former classmates.
