"On this day each of you can take part in life and development of the city of Penza and of the whole Sura land by expressing your civic opinion," the mayor noted.

He urged Penza citizens to come to polling stations to vote.

"I hope that you will not remain indifferent to the fate of our region, that you will be active and organized because Russia becomes better, stronger and more modern only thanks to initiative people," the press service of the mayor's office quotes Victor Kuvaytsev.
