Sergei Padalkin reports three violations in elections in Penza region

Penza, 10 September 2017. PenzaNews. Sergei Padalkin, head of the press office of the regional Communist Party committee, ex-coordinator of "Left Front" in the Penza region, reported three violations that had been registered at several polling stations on the single voting day, September 10.

"Violations at the polling station in the House of Youth [in Penza] were eliminated – four posters of United Russia were torn down," he wrote on Twitter microblog.
According to Sergei Padalkin, "some polling stations in Shemysheyka do not let commission members with advisory capacity from the Communist Party in".
In addition, the opposition activist reported that in the second largest town of the Penza region – Kuznetsk – commission members with advisory capacity had been banned from filming.
Sergei Padalkin's Twitter has no information whether the people who registered the above stated violations turned to the regional election committee or other instances with complaints.
