Sergei Padalkin: Three minibuses that brought people to polling stations were registered in Penza

Sergei Padalkin, head of the press office of the regional Communist Party committee, ex-coordinator of "Left Front" in the Penza region, reported that three minibuses that brought people to voting places had been registered next to two schools in Penza where polling stations were located.

"The three gazelles that brought people to the voting stations were seen next to schools No. 11 and 12. A statement with the police was lodged," the opposition activist wrote on Twitter microblog on Sunday, September 10.
According to him, a driver of one of the gazelles said that the area administration had forced him to provide free transportation services.
Previously, Sergei Padalkin also reported three violations registered in elections in the Penza region on Twitter.
In addition, he informed that together with Dmitry Filyaev, member of the election committee, first secretary of the city committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, he had visited seven polling stations in the Zheleznodorozhny area of Penza on the single voting day.
"No violations were registered. Almost no people are present," the head of the press office of the regional Communist Party committee noted.
