Penza, 21 September 2017. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev occupied the 19th position in the rating of the most quoted heads of regions that have personal blogs prepared by the company "Medialogia" in August 2017.

According to the provided data, Ivan Belozertsev's citation index equalled to 6.7 points.
The citation index of the rating leader Ramzan Kadyrov, head of Chechnya, reached 703.8 points.
The second position was occupied by the Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin – 378.9 points, the third position – by the head of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov, who received 175.1 points.
According to the rating explanatory note, the most quoted post in the Ivan Belozertsev's microblog was the message about the meeting with people resettled from dilapidated houses in Sursk.
According to the rating compiled in May the governor of the Penza region had occupied the 8th position. In June and July, Ivan Belozertsev failed to enter top-20 governors-bloggers.
The "Medialogia" rating included heads of Russian Federation regions who have personal blogs. The basis for the compiling was the citation index calculated by the company's methodology.
The rating was created on a mass media database that included over 42,000 sources such as television, radio, newspapers, news agencies, and Internet media.
