As it was reported by the head of the personnel and legal services department of the Moscow office of the Penza region government Natalia Rastorgueva, the new head of the state budget institution had started to work on October 2.

"[The ex-plenipotentiary representative of the Penza region governor Andrei] Samorukov vacated the post on September 28," the interlocutor specified.

She found difficulty in answering where the ex-head of the office worked at that moment and suggested turning to the founder of the institution – the State Property Department of the Penza region.

In turn, the head of the division for cooperation with state enterprises and institutions under the state property department of the region Alexander Alexandrov told PenzaNews that Andrei Samorukov did not continue to work at the institution that was why he did not know what the ex-head was going to do.

The press service of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region informed that no documents, in particular, no letter of resignation from the post in connection with transfer to Moscow, were received from Nikolai Makarov.
