Penza, 5 November 2017. PenzaNews. An online auction for delivery of a car for the Penzensky area administration of the Penza region with the initial (maximum) price of 1 million roubles was announced on the official procurement portal.

According to the customer's requirements, a car produced no later than in 2016 must have a station wagon or hatchback body configuration, a 4x4 wheel arrangement, a petrol engine and an automatic gear box.

Air conditioning is also required.

The auction will take place on November 11.

The vehicle will be purchased at the expense of the Penzensky area budget.

According to the budget implementation report over nine months of the year 2017, which was adopted by the head of the administration Sergei Kozin, revenues from January to September equalled about 712 million roubles, spending – almost 700 million roubles.
