Penza, 12 November 2017. PenzaNews. An online auction for production of 500 ball pens with the inscription "Let's fight corruption together" will be held on the official procurement portal on Monday, November 13, commissioned by the Penza region government.

According to the customer's requirements, pens with a turning opening mechanism must include a possibility to change a stylus and be made of plastic.

In addition to the slogan, each pen is planned to contain the "Anti-corruption" website URL and the phone number that can be used to report on cases of power abuse.

The initial (maximum) price of the contract is 25,500 roubles. The source of funding is the Penza region budget.

In addition to technical requirements, the official procurement portal also contains projects of the contract and acceptance certificate for the product, which indicate that they will be signed by the first deputy chairman of the government – the gubernatorial and regional government staff chief Larisa Ryabikhina.

It is necessary to deliver the goods before December 1, 2017.

Previously, within the anti-corruption campaign the region has already produced different goods including the so-called "Penza area employee's notebook", instruction booklets, and calendars. They could be seen in the regional government, where the governor Ivan Belozertsev held a meeting of the anti-corruption committee on October 31.
