Penza, 28 November 2017. PenzaNews. Valery Savin resigns the post of vice governor of the Penza region, which he occupied since December 2015. This was reported by the governor Ivan Belozertsev.

"The vice governor of the Penza region leaves the post at his own request," Ivan Belozertsev wrote on Twitter on Tuesday, November 28.
"I am grateful to Valery Alexandrovich Savin for working together. He is an experienced and intelligent manager," the governor added.
Previously Valery Savin had worked as a deputy head of the Penza administration, headed the governor's office, and the administrations of the Pervomaisky and Leninsky areas.
Since September 2008, he worked as a deputy chairman of the regional government.
In May 2013 he got into the vice governor office.
In 2014-2015, he was an assistant of the presidential plenipotentiary envoy in the Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich.
After Ivan Belozertsev was appointed acting governor of the Penza region Valery Savin returned to the region: in June 2015 he was appointed acting chairman of the regional government and in December – vice governor.
