"We turned to Penza advertising agencies, discussed all details and agreed on everything. Nothing could go wrong but at the stage of signing the agreements one agency after another began to refuse cooperation. The reason why they refused to work with the Communist Party was simple. The administration and high government officials prohibited advertising agencies from placing banners of Pavel Grudidnin," the text reads.
It adds that the authorities "decided to punish" those agencies that agreed to continue cooperation with the election headquarters of the candidate from the Communist Party.
"The administration ordered free social advertising in places where Grudinin's materials should have been placed," the message specifies.
Penza communists think that such measures of influence are inadmissible because "political competition is one of the foundations of a civilized society".
"Corresponding statements have been sent to law enforcement authorities and the central electoral committee so that they should get acquainted with the situation, which takes place today in our area, and make further decisions in connection with certain officials," the text states.
