Penza, 27 February 2018. PenzaNews. Coordinator of the Left Front in the Volga region Sergei Padalkin ridiculed the ex-officer of the Federal Security Service, member of the public council under the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, founder of an Internet medium Alexander Tuzov dependent on his wife, a civil servant, who played the role of an expert during the research under the title Rating that deals with the estimation of activity of heads of the regions over the first two months of the year 2018, which was conducted by the Central Election Commission.

"The Centre for Information Communication ‘Rating’ published a national rating of governors and asked the opinion of various regional experts. But when it came to Penza, it got trapped, of course. Who gives comments in other regions? These are heads of research centres, research officers of sociology institutes, associate professors of departments of sociology and so on. But the rating of the Penza governor [Ivan Belozertsev] was commented by Alexander Tuzov, homeless pensioner dependent on other people, who calls himself 'an independent Penza political scientist' and who is treated by most of the people who know him as a weak-minded person," Sergei Padalkin wrote on his Facebook profile.
In his opinion, the dependent Alexander Tuzov spoke about such things that are hard to imagine even in a nightmare and by doing so he caused more harm to the governor than good.
"It appears that Belozertsev's rating [allegedly exceeds 80%] is higher than that of [President of Russia Vladimir] Putin. Who made the calculations let me ask. Even the facts of initiating criminal cases against Penza senior officials were attributed by Tuzov to the governor. There is the saying – God deliver me from fools – which is absolutely true in this case," the opposition activist noted.
According to him, each sentence in the Tuzov's opus can be quoted.
As an example Sergei Padalkin mentioned Alexander Tuzov's statement that unlike his predecessor, Vasily Bochkarev, Governor Ivan Belozertsev "does not clash with the mass media, including the Internet media that a priori have a periodic media attitude and support opposition on a number of issues".
"Only Tuzov knows what a periodic media attitude is. I am not sure but this might be connected with periods. Can you think of at least one Penza mass medium that is in opposition? What I see is quite the opposite. Almost all media are too loyal to the government, to put it mildly, as they are dependent on donations and advertisers. However, the dependent does not pay attention to such things. The most important things for him are to rear onto his hind legs, put his tongue out and wag his tail in front of the owner. Then there is a chance to get a bone. Although, one might also get a kick for this," he summed up.
