Penza, 2 May 2018. PenzaNews. Governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev occupied 40th position in the national rating of heads of Russian regions drawn up by the centre of information communications for March and April 2018.

He was included in the second group of governors, which also features heads of the Nizhny Novgorod, Samara, Orenburg, Saratov and some other regions.

As it was stated in the explanatory note, rating results were obtained in a questionnaire poll as well as in correspondence and face-to-face interviews of an expert community. It was suggested in the questionnaires that the work of the head of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation should be assessed formally and the conclusions should be justified.

According to the compliers of the rating, the confidential status of correspondence questioning is an important way to increase sincerity of respondents. However, the experts who wanted to express their opinion publicly were given such a chance.

According to the data of the centre of information communications Rating, the governor of the Penza region, Ivan Belozertsev, occupied 47th position in the survey for the year 2015, and 41st position – over the years 2016 and 2017.
