Campaign of non-systemic opposition held in Penza

Penza, 7 May 2018. PenzaNews. A campaign of non-systemic opposition timed to the anniversary of the events in Bolotnaya square in Moscow was held on the Left Front initiative in the Dzerzhinsky public garden in Penza on Sunday, May 6.

In addition to the movement activists, representatives of the unregistered United Communist Party, Komsomol, National-Patriotic Forces of Russia and the initiative group of defrauded construction investors also participated in the campaign.

Those who came to the protest event discussed the results of the presidential elections in Russia, criticized the socio-economic policy of the authorities, spoke out in defence of political prisoners and against the transfer of the Stele Glory to Heroes to the public garden Zhuravli.
In addition, there were proposals on the nationalization of strategic industries and the revision of privatization, which had been carried out in the country at the end of the last century.
Overall the event was peaceful. None of its participants was detained by law enforcement officers on duty in the public garden.
