According to the leader of Penza communists, the programme, which was designed for 10 days, was "very intensive and interesting."

Georgy Kamnev noted that several meetings were held during the visit, including those with the leadership of the international and organization departments of the Communist Party of China (CPC), the Committee for Development and Reforms of CPC, as well as with representatives of the technology centre for work with new media of the state holding Zengming and a party school.

In addition, the head of the delegation of the Communist Party reported on a rich cultural program: in particular, the members of the delegation visited the Mao Zedong mausoleum, the Gugong museum complex (Forbidden city) and saw the Great Wall of China.
