The declared annual income of Boris Kulagin, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region of the 6th convocation representing the district №10, member of United Russia faction, chairman of the board of directors of LLC Continent Group, amounted to about 188 million roubles in 2018.

The deputy still possesses a plot of land of 15 hundred square metres, a house with an area of more than 485 square metres, two cars Lexus LX 570, an UAZ Hunter and a trailer.

Boris Kulagin is an honoured worker of the Russian food industry. He was awarded with an honorary diploma of the State Duma of Russia, an honorary sign For Merits in Development of Parliamentarism, a silver medal of the Ministry of Agriculture of the country as well as with an honorary sign of the Legislative Assembly of the Penza region. He was elected to the regional parliament of the third, fourth and fifth convocations.
