"Unfortunately, America, and to be more exact the West allocates a lot of money for training people, who earn money on it afterwards. These people – unfortunately they exist in every region, even in Penza – are interested in not solving the issue, not finding a legal solution. Instead, they seek for destabilization of the situation," he said on June 15 in the course of communication with local residents, which was captured on video and is being shared now by users of social networks.

According to Ivan Belozertsev, some persons instil false information, throw it in and people explode.

"One can understand people's reaction," the head of the region said.

The governor noted that he kept the situation under constant control – every hour he received reports on change of the situation.

"We have official information, [...] nobody will ever distort it. Today we have agreed that people should be given official information: what is happening, what actions are being taken, what difficulties occur, if any, what we are doing and what the situation is today. We will provide this information every day," Ivan Belozertsev said, urging citizens not to believe fake news.
